Our Conveyancing Department works with a quick turn-around for the efficient registration of property transfers and securitisation instruments.

Litigation

Our litigators have wide experience and can effectively initiate and defend legal action from the onset to finalization of appeal, covering a full range of legal problems common to corporates and individuals, including commercial disputes, personal injury claims, family law matters, construction disputes, defamation suits, employment, corporate governance and civil matters. Legal Fees

We strive to deliver quality service and provide good value for money. In general, our fees are based on time spent on the job, the complexity of the matter and the responsibility carried. We use the Zimbabwe Law Society tariff of fees as a guide, and have in force an internal charge out rate for non-litigious work, which is reviewed periodically in line with market and economic changes.
